Indecent, to say the least. We bought a rather expensive TV, including installation. The shop took the money, quite efficiently I must say, but then never bothered to follow up and book installation with a third party company they use. I had to call customer service (obviously Currys stores hide and do not publish their phone number). I have waited and waited; I have spent around half an hour on each call (how many calls? three or four, I think) and the end result is that customer service tried to call the store on my behalf, failing since none could be bothered to answer the phone, sending email which went unanswered, etc. Apparently, I now have to go to the store in person to sort out this mess. This is appalling behaviour, nothing short of taking the money and running. My wife insisted on buying from the store as opposed to buying online in order to protect people's jobs, but I now think that it is very wrong that these people have a job.

An absolute joke, no advice even when you ask, push for warrenty, not helpful, basically just worried about taking money and not worrying about customers. Emailed but no response. Will never shop there again.

Brought my mac from here a few years ago. Long story short, they were very persistent with trying to make the sale and eventually then taking the money, but then did none of the setup that costs £50 but they gave to us for free. I called up customer help and he literally talked me through the setup in 2 minutes. I cannot believe they charge £50 for that and then made us feel as they are doing us a favour by giving it to us for free. I would avoid buying any technology from here as it is obviously very sales driven and you won't necessarily get the right product for your needs.
